I have had to wait almost 3 months to share these portraits and it has been EXTREMELY difficult! I was so sad I was unable to photograph her wedding today but at the time I knew I would be on maternity leave.

I wish the happy couple a wonderful life and thank you for allowing me to be part of your memories. I am in love with these images and encourage all of my brides to have a seperate bridal session. It is so much more relaxing and more time allowed to capture the Bride’s beauty.

Lauren’s grandmother contacted me to photograph her senior portraits and she traveled all the way from Monroe, LA to come see me. Typically I meet with my seniors beforehand so I can get an idea on their style, but because we were in a hurry to get the session completed for a school deadline I was unable to do this.

Upon arrival though I quickly found out that Lauren was an easy-going, fun, and outgoing teenager with big dreams. I love Senior sessions because typically the subject loves to be there and they are allowed to feel like a model for a short period of time. Lauren informed me that she had not had any professional pictures made since she was a small child and was excited to get all dolled up to really shine for her Senior year.

Also of these pictures were photographed at her grandmother’s property in Silver Creek, MS at the Swan Creek Farms petting zoo which is a beautiful and  fun place to visit with your chidlren or hold an event. I took my little girl at Christmas and we had a blast…I hear the Easter Bunny is on his way soon!!

What is Boudoir Photography?

Boudoir Photography is tasteful imagery in a sensual manner to present to your husband as a gift. While the thought to book a boudoir session is initially made for the husband, the wives usually walk away with a renewed sense of self-confidence and passion. Think of yourself as walking away feeling like a real Fredricks of Hollywood model!

What happens during a session?

The sessions take place in my studio with ultimate privacy. It is very relaxed and fun! More like playing dress up… exept we use lingere~! Usually in an hour session we can photograph 3 different outfits and “looks.”

Who books a Boudoir session?

Most women book a session to give to their husbands as anniversary, wedding, birthday gift or Christmas/Valentine’s. I have photographed 7 women so far this year and all of them have had fun DURING the process and LOVED their husband’s reaction to the photographs.

What do you receive with a Boudoir session?

The session is $215 and it comes with a hard bound 8 X 11 suede cover book with your images artfully placed throughout. The book is giftwrapped and completely secret of what lies inside.

But I can’t possibly look as good as a model?

Trust me EVERY SINGLE WOMAN down to the most fit of women have flaws about themselves that they do not like. We discuss what your apprehensions are and I focus on your better Assets…Not to menion the power of my photoshopEveryone gets airbrushed and enhanced just like the “real models” do. The eyes can be JUST as sensual as other body parts! Those are some of my most favorite images.

Of course these women are not very fond of sharing their portraits all of the Internet but if you simply google boudoir photographs, you can get an idea of what they would look like. Perhaps I can get some of these ladies to share one or two if you are seriously interested in booking a session.
